Cancellation Policy

1. Software Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of a Nectareon software order before product delivery, installation, license activation, or project onboarding has started. Cancellation requests are reviewed based on the purchase agreement, customization scope, implementation status, and applicable license terms.

2. Lifetime License Purchase

Nectareon provides ready-to-use business software solutions under a lifetime license ownership model. Once a software license is delivered, activated, installed, or access credentials are provided, the purchase is considered completed and cannot be cancelled.

3. Customization & Implementation Cancellation

If a customer cancels an active customization, branding, configuration, mobile app setup, installation, or implementation request after work has started, the customer remains responsible for completed work, approved milestones, and any development resources already allocated.

4. Non-Cancellable Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital software products, ready-to-use platforms, lifetime licenses, white-label solutions, admin panels, mobile applications, and delivered software packages cannot be cancelled after successful delivery or license activation.

5. Third-Party Services

Any charges related to third-party services such as hosting providers, cloud infrastructure, domains, SSL certificates, app store accounts, payment gateway accounts, APIs, SMS providers, maps, or external integrations are governed by the respective provider's cancellation policies.

6. Software Ownership & Access

Customers retain access to their purchased Nectareon software license, approved deliverables, documentation, and applicable software assets according to the purchased package and license agreement after successful completion of payment.

7. Installation & Handover Support

Nectareon provides installation assistance, product setup guidance, and software handover support based on the selected package. Additional customization, feature development, or technical services may require separate approval and charges.

8. License Suspension

Nectareon reserves the right to suspend license access, support, or related services in cases involving payment disputes, unauthorized redistribution, license misuse, intellectual property violations, illegal activities, or breach of our Terms & Conditions.

9. Policy Updates

Nectareon may update this Cancellation Policy periodically to reflect changes in our software licensing, delivery process, or business operations. Updated versions will be published on this page and become effective upon publication.
